The BURGsmart by BURG-WÄCHTER presents an additional feature for opening and closing locks from the secuENTRY series when combined with the secuENTRY Workstation Software. Alongside the traditional opening methods such as a pin code, fingerprint, or passive transponder, users now have the option to utilize their smartphone via the BURGsmart.

Upon transferring user identification data from the BURGsmart to the master key system's administrator or owner, this information can then be integrated into the user management system within the exclusive secuENTRY PC software. The app can be seamlessly added as an access medium for specific locks, with the option to register the BURGsmart via QR codes affixed to designated locks if necessary.

Following programming or manual entry of the locks into the system, users can actively manage their locks through their smartphones. The comprehensive secuENTRY PC software (such as secuENTRY Light) allows for easy administration of complete lock systems or individual locks, with the flexibility to program locks or entire systems via Bluetooth 4.0 LE using the BURGsmart device.

The secuENTRY software facilitates a streamlined transmission process by creating a zip file that is sent via email to a chosen folder for extraction. The file is then automatically integrated into the BURGsmart app, allowing users to program their selected locks effortlessly.
